Non-scale victory of the week!
I love that I am moving more, and I don't think about eating....or even about not eating...all the time. The low carb/ high protein diet makes me feel so much better. It has wonderful to look at the old junk food and just walk away from it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I feel like I rocked it this week. Maybe 1 more day of exercise would have made it better, and a few more vegetables, balancing out my proteins should help
