Non-scale victory of the week!

It was hard. My body definitely went into a bit of shock with the carb reductions. Cravings were intense but I stayed on course and noticed weight reductions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I did pretty well actually. I planned beforehand, ate what I was supposed to. Did physical therapy and exercised to take care of my body. I pushed myself this week and I think I did well.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I am traveling for work next week, so I want to find a way to access healthy food choices and stay on track even though my food options might be limited or slightly out of my control. At the very least I want to avoid sugary, sweet, fried, and bready things while I am on the road.
