What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Exercise more. Stress less. Eat better.
Increase the length of my workouts. I did exercise at least 5 times but each time was about 15 mins long.
I did actually stress a little bit less.
I had more carbs this week mainly because of Valentine’s Day (I made lasagna and garlic bread, his favourite) and decided to have some with him.
Eating should be fine this week except for tmrw I’m suppose to be going to a birthday party.
