We were traveling for 5 days the past week and I still lost a couple of pounds!!! Woohoo!

I could probably workout daily and that would help.

I have learned that stress hinders my weight loss. I have been doing really well not stressing my body and my mind this week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had a couple of nights I didn’t get enough sleep. But a did take a short nap during the day to make up for it.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I sometimes have a hard time motivating myself to work out. I hope that doing diet bet will help motivate me.

I would like to get 8 hours of sleep each night. Exercise at least 20 minutes every day but Sunday. And stick with my healthy diet.
