Non-scale victory of the week!

KETO!!! Has been a game changer. After over a week of my weight loss stalling and the scale not budging and even going up I knew something needed to change. It wasn’t going to be this easy this time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sticking to a strict Keto meal plan has made all the difference. I believe I’m in ketosis now as the weight is melting away!
