What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I have been doing really good with my weight-loss Journey up until Thanksgiving. Since Thanksgiving, I have not been able to completely get back into my groove. Now that the foodie holidays have passed I'm hoping my will to get back to my routine grows stronger.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal for this upcoming week is to only eat what I meal prep. Meaning no other outside Foods other than what I plan to eat. If I can stick to that goal for this week, then I am on my way to success!
