What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been out of state, helping my mom go through all of my dad's stuff, and I'm honestly overwhelmed with the amount of work left to do. My diet and exercising has been the furthest thing from my mind, and my foot issue is still vexing me. I have some custom orthotics ordered, but it will take several weeks for them to arrive.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
So. Im at my highest weight in at least 2 years, and I'm not feeling very good about it, namely, I've seen some of my dad's health issues reappearing in me, and I have to stop the progression now. So, I've joined a new DietBet, and I'm committing to getting back down to my healthy weight and back to my Keto WOE. I think my friend is about to start a new free 7-day Keto Camp, and I'm looking forward to participating in that. I'd also like to get back into doing my LaBlast online workouts.

Well my foot is starting to feel a little better since my chiropractor adjusted it, so hopefully I can get back into my routine. Still really sore, but not painful like it was.
