- Finally made it to the grocery store!
Lots of proteins and veggies, avocados and low carb tortillas.
Chicken thighs, drumsticks & ground turkey.
Yellow and green squash, white onion, broccoli, red peppers, cabbage, spring mix, tomatoes and cucumbers for salads!
Grabbed some pretzel chips and some smart pop for a snack or a protein shake.
Prepping some protein now that we will eat for dinner and leftovers tomorrow with veggies and white rice.
Breakfasts I usually just eat eggs with feta cheese maybe hash brown patty. Somedays I skip breakfast all together just depends how I feel day to day. I’m sure as we move forward this month I’ll plan some meals but for now keeping it simple.
