  • Finally made it to the grocery store!

    Lots of proteins and veggies, avocados and low carb tortillas.
    Chicken thighs, drumsticks & ground turkey.
    Yellow and green squash, white onion, broccoli, red peppers, cabbage, spring mix, tomatoes and cucumbers for salads!

    Grabbed some pretzel chips and some smart pop for a snack or a protein shake.

    Prepping some protein now that we will eat for dinner and leftovers tomorrow with veggies and white rice.

    Breakfasts I usually just eat eggs with feta cheese maybe hash brown patty. Somedays I skip breakfast all together just depends how I feel day to day. I’m sure as we move forward this month I’ll plan some meals but for now keeping it simple.

  • Happy New Year! Hope everyone is having a great relaxing first day of the year.

    Day 1 🎉 we went out last night and had a great time with our close friends. Rang in the New Year but now back to reality Vince and I are headed to the grocery store to get food for the week. I probably should get into the meal prep lifestyle again even if it’s only for this month.

    I’ll be posting here and on our IG dietbet page @isfrannyfityetdietbet make sure you’re following there if you’d like.

    So plan for today is grocery shop, get a treadmill workout in and cook some food for the week.

    Looking forward to the next 4 weeks with you all!

Mackenzie K and Amy... I totally agree!! I am at my heaviest, right now. Franny, you were definitely one of my motivating factors when I got down to my goal in 2021. I need to get back there and stay there! I'm looking forward to a better lifestyle! Thank you, Franny, for hosting! :muscle:

  • Me and my treadmill for the next 4 weeks!

    Incline walking is going to be my best friend.

    I walk between 3.3-4.0 and steadily increase the incline as time progresses.

    Slow and steady wins the race!!!!

I’ll be on my treadmill too. Will try the incline as running is hard on me with plantar fasciitis-hoping dropping some lbs will help with that.
