I have been trying intermittent fasting, but I feel like I also need to be aware of what I am putting in my body.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been going on runs with my boyfriend which is an amazing way to start the day!! I look forward to continue eating healthier. I have read quite a few articles about how to be healthy and I am motivated to do more! Also, I made my weigh-in goals!

I watched a bit too many shows. I need less sedentary time.
