That's a bummer! Remember, though, the battle with losing weight is mostly fought in the kitchen, so either eat super healthy or start a cleanse or a detox. With either of those, you wouldn't really have the strength to work out hard anyway.

I saw your post about your injury, I hope you start to feel better quickly! Injuries are no fun :( I think you can still do it, even if it's just through having a healthier diet!
