Non-scale victory of the week!

Absolutely none. I have been sick, unable to breathe on workouts, and gained 7 pounds because I've resisted nothing and done zero meal prep. This last week has been rough.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Absolutely everything. Meal prep, slow walks with clients on days I worked late, boundaries with fast food...etc.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Still need to start CIZE, and 21 day fix, and walk every day, with increasing speed. Have about two weeks until my 15k, and I need to be able to at least walk a 15 minute mile.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Walking into the break room, seeing a full sheet cake and cupcakes, and leaving without taking a single bite.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was sick, so I didn't do the meal prep necessary to make this an easier week. I also wish I had gone outside to workout every time I noticed the sun was out, instead of the one time.

I'm going to start the Cize program and join runbet to prepare myself as much as possible for a 15k on March 4th.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Drank so much water that I felt hydrated for the first time in months.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to throw out all the temptations in my kitchen. And get up earlier to work out earlier.

Add fruit or veggies to lunch prepped meal, instead of junk food. Get out of bed half an hour earlier to do a beach body workout or walk/run before work. continue to drink water.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Making time to make better choices. Planning meals is tough when I work 2, sometimes 3 jobs. But that's just an excuse and excuses are easy.
