Non-scale victory of the week!
Absolutely none. I have been sick, unable to breathe on workouts, and gained 7 pounds because I've resisted nothing and done zero meal prep. This last week has been rough.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Absolutely everything. Meal prep, slow walks with clients on days I worked late, boundaries with fast food...etc.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Still need to start CIZE, and 21 day fix, and walk every day, with increasing speed. Have about two weeks until my 15k, and I need to be able to at least walk a 15 minute mile.
