Despite our furnace breaking and having to be replaced, I didn't fall into the trap of overeating from the stress.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I just felt unmotivated to go to the gym. Having no heat and a big unexpected bill just threw off my headspace. Life is going to happen (good or bad) and I didn't deal with it as well as I could have. And I didn't lean on my fellow players... Which I only just thought of now...
