What do you feel you could have done better this week?
starting weight loss journey again. I've fell severely off the wagon. I've nearly gained 15-20 lbs over the last several months with all the stress in my life. I got rid of my gym membership ue to cost which was likely keeping me above water. My emotional eating, binge eating and just unhealthy relationship with food is just so damn difficult to cope with. Over the last year I have joined these diet bets wanting to get my weight down and I continue to fail to meet the goals. I've likely lost much more money than I've ever won here. I'm not giving up though. I've still maintained 115 of weight loss from my max 4 years ago, I will continue to lose and get to the healthy body I deserve

Meditate every day, resist binge eating, fuel my body with healthy food, begin exercising again. Light weights and walking every day

I want to maintain my eating habits in a way that I don't emotionally eat. That will involve checking in my emotions regularly and sitting with them. I also want to keep up with my gym training and make 4 strength sessions and atleast 2 cardio sessions 30 mins long.
