Felix I don't agree. Our bodies were designed to eat fruits and veggies. Natural sugar will not hurt you. Research raw vegan lifestyle. There is a lot of mis-information out there about fruit.

Most of the fruits are loaded with sugar so you have to be careful with not overrating them as well.
