Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit back into my old jeans yesterday. And I went to the gym 3 times this week. 2 of those days were Zumba and 1 day of lifting and cardio.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m a junk food person, this week I cut off all junk food and soda and drank 72+ oz of water everyday. And I’ve stuck to my Keto/Low Carb Diet everyday
