Put on a pair of exercise pants and they look like jodhpurs. So even though I’m battling losing the same 2 -4 lbs. over and over I’m not gaining inches.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Too many Ritz crackers. Got myself exhausted and then nothing healthy ready to eat so....crackers.
