Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally decided to give up ice cream in the evening.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get away from my sewing machine and do physical activities during the day.

Move more, drink more water and stay strong so I don't fall back into old habits.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. I did WATP tapes a couple of days and walked outside on the other days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done better on my eating. I didn't do a horrible job but could have done better.
