Non-scale victory of the week!
I've been mostly meal prepping. it's hard sometimes and sometimes I don't stick to it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I haven't been getting enough sleep or drinking enough water. thats my goal for next week. I really need that water!

drink more water. at least 2 of my big cups. and a solid 8 hours of sleep a night.
