I haven't eaten outside my eating window since I joined this kickstarter.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten a bit more protein.

I'm trying to re-establish a regular yoga practice after I allowed myself to be derailed during the holidays. So I will continue trying to be consistent with that.
