Non-scale victory of the week!

Started working out again. Even though I gained weight during my inactive time, my clothes continue to feel loser on me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stop eating chocolate bars. It’s really hard, but I have to do better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Clothes (tops and pants) are loser on me. I only have to lose 0.3 lbs before I can say bye-bye to the 170s.

I could have definitely eaten less chocolate candy.
