I really stayed on it with my diet this week and didn’t eat out at all. I was feeling a little discouraged with my weight increase at my last weigh in, but now I think it was just water weight. I also started a harder workout series that really helped me drop the weight.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was really on target in all areas for my goals this week.
