Workes my BUTT off this week (almost litterally!) Got lots of compliments. (In part because I'm feeling GREAT in my own skin again!

Continue journaling and starting to run more instead of just walking and small body weight exercises. Now that I'm down almost 20 lbs from starting weight a few months ago, lets see what i can do and start some 'fun runs' again!!!

Having more energy and not only taking care of my eating, but taking care of my skin, and my kids needs, and my home, and my office, and my other 'obligations'. I feel like a new woman.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Working out more. I feel like a got a good workout, though, as i was CLEANING every day!

Getting through my menstrual cycle without full on binge eating and gaining 10 lbs back! And using my fitbit 'fitness coach' all week.. even if it is only a 7 minute workout!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started a food journal and was realizing how much sodium i have in my diet. I was able to cut LOTS of sodium and could actually wear my rings this week!
