Today is the best Monday of the entire year. It is the first Monday we get the joy of celebrating in 2019. Yes you read that right, I said we get to celebrate! Why? Monday’s are the perfect way to reset your mind. If you didn’t do your very best this last week or last weekend you can rebalance and reorganize your mind on Monday. Monday is a gift. Make today a blank slate and start the day with goals outlined in your mind. Follow Monday’s example on Tuesday and Wednesday. Next thing you know you will have a week of goals that you obtained. That is how this journey starts. It’s simple. Set goals. Crush them. And if you do not do well one day, do not give up. You get back up and try to do your very best the next day.
