Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My goal isn’t necessarily weight loss, but firming up. I did Maintainers for a few years; when Dietbet discontinued them, I lost my tribe. Maybe firming will also translate to weight loss, don’t know, will have to see. I’m used to doing cardio (my preferred method of exercise) but for this, I’ll focus on strength training which is not my favorite thing. I’m excited and curious to see how it goes.
