Returning to work after vacation sucks!!! I did get home and it quit raining long enough to take the big dogs for a walk. it had been a week and a half and my thighs felt like jelly and my shoulders sore from them pulling but felt better when I got back and ready to tackle my work. Deadlines are rapidly approaching.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My diet is resuming back to normal. But I.didn't get back to the house and went to Wendy's and got 4 nuggets and Bacon Fries. only ate a couple and on the way home I hit my weekends Freddie's Hawaiian Sundae (Mini). Otherwise, I hate coffee but tried the coconut oil and no dairy, added cauliflower rice to my shakes and it seems to have helped with my hunger!
