Even though they fed us every day at training I did not over eat when I got home.

Saying no to the breadsticks may have helped

Was not sabotaged by starting a new job or becoming sick... made adjustments and kept going!

Still haven't had the time to set up my home gym, so haven't been exercising like I had hope to.

Made healthy snack choices, and didn't crave fast food

Had 3 twisted teas... should have only had 2, not because of the calories but because of how terrible I slept.

Not drinking a single alcoholic beverage this week.... I am reserving my one drinking day for a special occasion each week (soccer game, bbq, etc)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I enjoy food and twisted tea and I don't want to give up what I enjoy, so for me it's all about moderation.
