Happy Friday! Moving into our first weekend during the game. I personally have 2 events scheduled this weekend and that's what inspired me to write this message. Be sure to plan ahead for your meals and know when and what you would like to indulge on. If you are going to indulge it would be a good idea to get a good workout in. Eat before you go and bring a dish that you know will be on the plan. Most importantly DON'T LET A TREAT ROLL INTO THE ENTIRE WEEKEND AND DERAIL YOU!
