Non-scale victory of the week!
Hiked and walked a ton this last week. Kept Keto from Friday last week and fasted a few days this week. I am starting to feel good again - I have so much energy!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Could have gone out and had a good time last night. Was afraid of eating bad food ahead of weigh in and I let that keep me from my friends.

To enjoy New Orleans - all the beignets and oysters and good food, but don’t go crazy on food that’s not worth it.
