Non-scale victory of the week!

Continued to resist junk food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Work out in the weekends, I think I tend to be lazy. and this past Saturday was a slip day. I had pizza and wings so it was carb fest day. I also had soda and I have not had it in over 2 months.

I was eating better and exercise an extra day.

Just be more active since I sit most days working. I have a standing desk but I need to exercise more.
