it is funny that it states last week was 189.7. My last weigh-in was 6 or 7 months ago, not last week. I was only briefly at 189. I maintained 194 up to the food fest holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. My victory this week was cooking and sticking to a meal plan.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Exercised more. I am slowly getting back to exercising and that will help.
