Get my diet back under control, where it was a week ago. Carbs are my problem, need to try to stick with no more than three servings a day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided a lot of Halloween candy

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not sure there’s anything. I did great this week. Watched carbs, kept to three servings a day. At least six servings of veggies and fruit every day. No exercise since Sunday. I ran a half marathon that day and was really sore afterwards. Took extra rest days.

I had a back spasm last Sunday that has prevented exercise all week. I want to gradually add in gentle exercise this week. I'm also going to try intermittent fasting for one week. 12 hour windows, plus three days when I skip dinner. My doctor suggested that in the week.
