Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally! Drinking more water. I bought a 12 pack of HINT waters. So glad I did. I have re-introduced me to enjoying water with a twist. Now that some of the bottles are empty, I Filled 4 of them, put in a single squirt of “Stur” Liquid water enhancer with added fiber, and put them in the refridge. I am drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day. Such a big improvement from a few weeks ago.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Very conscious of sugar intake this week. What little sweetener I used it was Stevia and it was very little. Also, very important to me, is planning our main meals out for the week. I shop less, I buy less, and most of all eat healthy. The meals I make on the spur of the moment are always tasty but not usually the best choices. I am doing a lot better because I finally sat down and planned my weekly menu again. Now that the holiday visiting and the houseguests visits are over, I am concentrating on me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This sounds like a broken record but it’s more water, more water, more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been thinking about this one for a couple of days. And I don’t think I have a non-sscale victory this week. This round is proving to be very difficult. Coming off the holiday has been hard for me. Maybe yesterday I had a tiny non-scale victory. I cooked our dinner mid day and had a shake last night. I’ve got to change things up

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think if I got more sleep, at least I hope if I got more sleep I would have done better. I am not drinking enough water but I consciously made a better effort yesterday.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have to have just one goal this week: it has to be the change of my mindset and positive focus on my health. today I am thinking, it’s not the scale as much as the mindset.
