Feeling good. Resisted most bad foods. Yesterday brunched with a friend and ordered a cauliflower Benedict which was pretty healthy. Today brunched and instead of ordering off the brunch menu, I ordered a chicken salad and corn cob. I left most of the chicken and instead ate the lettuce and tomatoes from the salad.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Exercised. Mostly nonexistent. But...I start cyclebar this next Tuesday. Hopefully can keep it up for a awhile.

I didn't do as well as I would like. I beat the dietbet goal but my own personal goal was lower. Unfortunately, I ate Indian food and fast food and some fried food at my friend's. The good news is, one day of detox with lots of water pretty much brought me back to my prior weight.

One bad night of binging caused me to gain some weight and it took days to return back to the same weight as last week

I went to my friends house because she made pho, and I was still hungry after so I got taco bell. My thought was...I'm already breaking my diet, might as well just do it the whole night. Regretted it the next day.

Resisted going to eat, made cauliflower rice at home a lot, got a spiralizer yesterday and made zucchini pasta.

More exercise. It was cold and I didn't do too much, even when my friend wanted me to go to the valentines day 10k.
