I stuck to my meals and don’t eat out once! When I had to buy an afternoon snack I stuck with a salad.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The whole week started off wonky as I was house sitting and didn't get s chance to meal prep so I was trying to make my dishes each morning being exhausted from work the day before and school the night before. It was my real downfall
