Non-scale victory of the week!
This weekend started intermittent fasting which seem to get me over my plateau. and I kicked butt in working out this whole week I did minimum 30 minutes every day upwards up to 2 hours some days
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating just tweaking in a bit and making it more tailored to my needs.
