Non-scale victory of the week!

Gluten free pancakes - the whole family loved them!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was using up the gluten-filled leftovers and stopped tracking calories.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Up to 45 minutes of running (non-consecutive). Also learned that varying my target calories on running vs non-running days helps keep me from feeling hungry one day and overstuffed the next.

Made it up to a 5k run, and resisted office-provided snacks :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could be doing slightly less calories. Also missed making salads twice this week.

Hunger. I'm used to eating every 2 hours at a minimum, and hitting the candy jars frequently in between!
