What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
my left foot is injured and I am not able to walk or run which I have always used to manage weight. I get confused on what I should and can eat. I have let alcohol creep back into my diet as well. I am able to ride my bike and do stretching and strength training.
