I had a perfect macro/calorie day on Sunday. I made the most delicious keto coconut soup.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I'm having trouble avoiding evening munchies! I'm not hungry but I have the urge to munch! I also have not managed to complete any of my exercise. I'm a pansy when it's cold.
