Non-scale victory of the week!

Have dropped just below my pre Christmas weight of 94.2 and completed first week of whole 30 and new exercise programme and drinking lots of water so really happy with how things are going :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Get to bed earlier as with morning gym sessions before work probably not getting enough sleep
