What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Staying on track, and not going overboard when I have something unhealthy. I turn my cheat meal into a cheat day, and that cheat day turns into a weekend, then a week, and then next thing I know I'm busting out the fat pants. I need to learn self control, moderation, and to not turn to food when I'm bored or sad.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to go to the gym 4 or 5 days this week, and try to get on a better sleeping schedule so that I can eat more small meals each day and get my metabolism going. I want to start meal prepping to make it easier to eat healthier instead of going out to eat because of limited time.
