Non-scale victory of the week!

I had wisdom tooth extraction surgery, but I stayed on track and even lost weight with all the broth and yogurt.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been resisting plenty of tempting food because I'm on the keto diet. Every day at work they have all kinds of holiday goodies but I've been staying strong. I don't know if I will be able to beat this dietbet but I'm trying.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't have the chicken snitzhel or however it's spelled since it was over 2,000 cals. Instead I had a less calorie option.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate better.

Get on track, maybe get back on the keto diet since that's the only diet that really works for me for losing weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didnt exercise all week because my boyfriend hurt his back so we couldn't go to the gym. But I still have an active job and I went out in town and walked around a lot this weekend. As far as eating goes I didn't do too bad I tried to keep it around 1500 calories, and 120ish ounces of water a day.

I haven't gotten into my wine yet lol

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've eaten less snacks, one night I had a few alcoholic drinks and I ended up eating a lot of junk food which resulting in a few pounds of water weight as well as probably a pound of real weight. I also didnt exercise much. You can tell in my face that I am bloated so I need to watch my sodium intake. P.S. I won my dietbet I was worried about though!! :)

Since getting home from a week long vacation, I have been eating low carb and drinking more water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well it's the vacation that set me back, however I enjoyed myself. Got to see beautiful views, and had delicious food.

I had smaller portions, and green smoothies for breakfast, I drank more water on the weekend, and I went to the gym 5 times this past week, with casual exercising at home.

I had ice cream practically every night :/

Long-term goal weight

130 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying on track, and not going overboard when I have something unhealthy. I turn my cheat meal into a cheat day, and that cheat day turns into a weekend, then a week, and then next thing I know I'm busting out the fat pants. I need to learn self control, moderation, and to not turn to food when I'm bored or sad.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to go to the gym 4 or 5 days this week, and try to get on a better sleeping schedule so that I can eat more small meals each day and get my metabolism going. I want to start meal prepping to make it easier to eat healthier instead of going out to eat because of limited time.
