Non-scale victory of the week!
This week I did so well at following my macro goals. I realized I wasn’t getting my protein, so I upped it and I can already feel the difference!

My goals this week are to continue building muscle. Try to break some of the gym plateaus I’ve hit. Also to join another diet bet game or 3!
