Had a few good walking days in a row. Getting my miles in more consistently. As of today, I will have walked overall 100 miles in January. (All walking including everyday life, not just intentional exercise.)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Ate junk food a couple times. Wish I'd gotten my mile goal in every day.

Even though I'd been doing some treadmill time at home, I went to the new gym in town for the first time this week. We didn't have a lot of time there but I think it'll be the start of a great new part of my life.

Could have eaten a bit better and been more consistent with exercise.

My C25K experience seems to be getting a little easier. Even though I completed the 8 weeks a few years ago and know I can do it, it has been really hard getting back into it.
