Non-scale victory of the week!
Went from working out once or twice to every other day this past week. Building a new habit!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This past month I could have stayed more focused, less cheat meals, and more water and exercise. Let myself down and got depressed. Maintained weight loss but didn’t lose any more. This last week though did awesome and got back on track and worked out every other day and increased my water. Now just to keep it up!

Continue to work out every other day. Slowly increase more water intake. You can doooo it! LOL
