Non-scale victory of the week!

A recent belt purchased was tight in March/April only able to use the first notch. I put on the same belt today and used the 3 notch. I am just melting away :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More time at the gym, when I go I burn approximately 500 calories on rest days I need to be more active still either walking more or a light aerobic or yoga class.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to Keto while living abroad. Being pre-diabetic I need to limit my carb intake.
