I had a stressful week and did not indulge in extra sweets, like I wanted to.

I had a few sweet coffee drinks that I could have avoided.

Next week I want to reduce the number of sugary beverages I'm having. They aren't giving me any good nutrients.

I didnt get fast food after grocery shopping, like we usually did. I did still have taquitos for dinner, but only a few of them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have done better with eating veggies. I had a few good days but others I pretty much only ate proteins and non veggie carbs.

Try to make a big push toward my goal instead of doing a more casual weight loss like I have been.
