I started cpap last week and I think this should help me lose weight. I still feel tired afterwards from exercising but other day to day activities do not fatigue me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to pay attention because I don’t know! probably too many cheese and crackers/chocolate/potato chips/nuts snacks and second helpings

no chocolate bars or potato chips. lots of walking in Vancouver. feel more energized to cook vegan meals, and starting a more plant-based diet.
