Non-scale victory of the week!

I laid off being so strict about restricting my calorie intake to 1000 a day and I lost more weight.

Kept more positive.

Just basically been able to resist all the junk food that cones through this house!

I have a love hate relationship with salad. Right now I hate it! I hope that changes soon. LOL

Long-term goal weight

125 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Not allowing my husband to go grocery shopping alone. LOL Resisting my husband's sweet tooth and snack vice. He never gains an ounce from all the candy and chips he eats whereas I seem to just by looking at them...and of course eating some of them too!
