Non-scale victory of the week!
Didn’t binge all weekend. Had one dinner I didn’t track and didn’t have dessert or snack that night. Got right back into it the morning after. All other days I stayed under 1400 calories. Saw a loss two days after big meal. Had a delivery meal that was healthy, shrimp, corn, sausage, potato boil :)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Maybe not eat a big meal at all? It didn’t throw me off very much.
