Hi, Carlotta. :) Just checking out your progress. I think it's great you've taken on this particular long-term DietBetter game -- being in it for the long haul is the key, it seems, for me and for you. Sticking with the habits you've learned to LOSE weight are surprisingly important for *maintaining* the loss ... it really IS about a permanent lifestyle change, not about a particular goal that you meet and then go back to doing the things that DON'T work. Hopefully, you've found the exercise you actually ENJOY, and have found some of the healthy foods you actually LIKE. The trick is to stick with 'em, isn't it? I keep finding myself slipping back to bad habits, but so far with the DietBetter game it's giving me the motivation I need to make these changes permanent in my life. At least, that's my hope!
