Non-scale victory of the week!

My jeans are starting to feel much more comfortable, my skin has cleared up and im still feeling motivated

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sleep could have been better, getting to bed earlier is hard ??

Do all my prepping sunday, lunches, dinners, clean kitchen, laundry done and be in bed with lights off at 10pm every night

Non-scale victory of the week!

Kept very close to my meal plan, i ate a whole conatiner of cherry tomatoes and none went to waste. Come to think of it we havent thrown food away this week!

Sleep could have been better a couple of nights i missed my 8 hr goal
